excelente atención! yo reserve para san valentin por WhatsApp y una atención muy buena. reserve ls habitación con tina y muy linda super amplio el baño, el único detalle fue que no servía el tapon para que se llenará la tina, pero de ahi en fuera excelente la habitación la habitación super linda la atención en recepción fue rápida un excelente servicio recomiendo al 100%

Desde el primer momento, el Hotel Loviu transmite una sensación de calidez y detalle. La habitación me pareció muy acogedora, con un diseño que invita al descanso y pequeños toques que hacen la diferencia. Me encantó que no usaran los típicos productos genéricos de hotel: además del jabón y shampoo, incluyeron crema y gel de buena calidad, lo cual se agradece mucho. Se nota que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. El trato del personal fue siempre amable y atento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más grata. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.
